Christine Hinkley, CMP, is Senior Director of Conferences and Events for OLC, having served OLC nearly 20 years in this capacity. She is responsible for the planning and execution of OLC’s conferences and events, and works in close collaboration with the OLC team and volunteers to bring these quality programs to life.

Joseph Lloyd is an Instructional Designer at the University of Central Florida’s Center for Distributed Learning (CDL). Joseph earned a B.S. degree in Information Technology from the University of Cincinnati in 2003. After completing his B.S. degree, his love of teaching led him to move to Florida in 2006 to begin his career in Education. While teaching, he pursued an M.Ed. in Curriculum and Instruction with a focus in Middle Childhood Mathematics, which he earned from UC in 2009. He is currently a Doctoral Candidate and will defend his dissertation in Summer 2024.

Prior to joining the CDL team, Joseph taught in both Volusia and Seminole County Public Schools for twelve years. He spent most of those years as an Educational Technology Facilitator, and he also taught 4th, 5th & 6th Grades Math & Science. His love of the blending of Education and Technology, especially in the STEM disciplines led him to UCF where he joined the team that specializes in Personalized Adaptive Learning software and strategies.

Martha Hubertz is an Associate Lecturer of psychology at the University of Central Florida (UCF). She has a Ph.D. in social psychology from Florida Atlantic University and joined UCF in 2018. She teaches various courses in psychology, such as general psychology, human development, social psychology, and research methods in psychology. She is also actively involved in mentoring students and conducting research in her field.

Martha Hubertz has received several awards for her teaching excellence and online innovation. She won the 2023 Online Learning Consortium Award for Excellence in Instructional and Teaching Practice, the Chuck D. Dziuban Award for Excellence in Online Teaching in 2020, the Rick Schell Award for Writing Across the Curriculum in 2019, and a Teaching Incentive Award in 2019.

She is also a member of several professional associations, such as the American Psychological Association, the Society for Personality and Social Psychology, the International Artificial Intelligence in Education Society (IAIED Society), and the Psychonomic Society.

Jennifer is the Director of Curriculum Operations for Penn Foster Group. Her role resides within the Education division, where she provides academic project management leadership across all verticals in the department. Jennifer specializes in education operations and leadership, including strategic planning, portfolio and project prioritization, process enhancement, budget management, and resource allocation. She also has a passion for design process scalability and leads projects that ensure innovative course design concepts are implemented at scale across programs and brands. In addition to her role with Penn Foster Group, Jennifer has also been an associate faculty member with the University of Arizona Global Campus for 10 years. Jennifer received her BA in Journalism from San Diego State University and her MA in Education from the University of Arizona Global Campus.
