April 1-3, 2025 - Virtual Conference

Present at OLC Innovate 2025

The Call for Proposals is now CLOSED. Thank you for your submission. We invite you to share your innovative ideas with your global network of colleagues, your community, and those who inspire and seek inspiration.

Please note, all proposals for Innovate 2025 are for virtual sessions. There will be no onsite program associated with the conference.  

All individuals (presenters, co-presenters, and authors) submitted on a conference proposal must have a current and updated OLC account (account must include first name, last name, title, organization, and bio. (OLC uses “Additional Authors” to indicate non-presenting contributors.) When submitting the proposal, you will select your co-presenters by using their OLC user account email addresses. The system will only allow you to select individuals with an OLC account who is updated with the required fields (first name, last name, title, organization, and bio).  If you or your colleagues do not have an account, create one today by visiting OLC user account - a community membership is free. We recommend current account holders log in to verify their information before submitting a proposal.

To make the submission process quick and easy, be sure to collect all the necessary proposal information in advance using the template provided (Proposal Planning Template) so that you can easily cut and paste information into your submission form. The template will also guide you through the information you will need to obtain from your collaborators (including email addresses) prior to submitting your proposal.

You will be able to make revisions to your proposal up until the submission deadline.

How to Submit Your Proposal

Step 1: Visit the OLC CFP info page for important call for proposal information and details.

Step 2: Collect proposal information using the Proposal Planning Template (creates a Google document copy automatically).

Step 3: Login using your OLC account credentials and click "Submit Now", fill out the submission form using the planning template as a guide, and submit!

All accepted presenters are responsible for registering for the conference by the presenter registration deadline (Tuesday, February 4, 2025), paying the conference registration fee, and securing and paying for travel and lodging. Important Dates

  • October 23, 2024: Proposals due by 11:59pm ET (extended from Oct 9)
  • January 10, 2025: Notification of acceptance (all submissions are sent notification emails, regardless of acceptance status)
  • January 24, 2025: Deadline for presenters to accept
  • January 31, 2025: Full program published (subject to change)
  • February 4, 2025: Deadline for presenters to register for conference/edit abstracts (speaker registration is the final commitment confirmation step; failure to register for the conference may result in removal from the program)
  • March 18, 2025: Deadline for presentations to be uploaded to or linked in the conference system
