EXTENDED ABSTRACT
Teaching yoga for over 30 years, Linda practices Vinyasa yoga: the intentional sequencing of poses that are coordinated with the breath. In Linda's classes, poses are held for 3 to 6 breaths and exercise muscles throughout the entire body. She has not used goats in her practice, but her Pugs enjoy "helping" her practice at home!
