Instructional designers are trailblazers in innovation and guiding change requires a unique set of leadership skills. This fun and interactive session focuses on how to lead teams through the creativity and collaboration process. Using a tool called De Bono’s 6 Thinking Hats, participants will learn how to harness the unique strengths of team members, spark new ideas, challenge existing assumptions and make decisive moves to drive innovation in their organizations. By the end of this session, attendees will walk away with actionable insights and strategies to inspire and lead transformative change in digital learning environments.
